CONDITIONS

Payment: at the online confirmation of your reservation will be charged 30% on total amount of your stay. Our systems will process the payment request within 24 hours. The BALANCE is payable upon arrival.

Arrival from 12 am - Departure until 10 am

D period (Highest Season)= minimum stay of 6 days

CANCELLATIONS

For all reservations made by mail, phone or booking online:

  • 30% of the amount paid at the booking time is fully refundable if the cancellation is requested within 15 days prior to arrival.

Penal Fees:

  • 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged 30% of the total amount;
  • No shows will be charged 50% of the total amount;
  • The departure before the end of booked stay is not refundable;
